We have included Getting Involved in Your Union/Building Involvement in your Union workshops. These workshops will guide members, reps and branch officials on how they can get more involved in Unite. Whether you are a member who is considering standing for election as a rep or branch official, or a rep who is considering increasing your involvement in constitutional committees and democratic structures. Unite lay democracy is the foundation of our union – Unite policies are determined by members for members.
